Mr. Narayan Dinkar sawant 77 yrs old male K/C/O Hanson’s Disease (Leprosy) since 10 years. When was in Mumbai doing service. He received all types of treatment but couldn’t get relief from unhealed wound at right ankle joint and right hip joint with no sensation in soles++, when I had arrange Homoeopathic camp at my town place this patient approach to me, for the chronic Non healing wound, he never exposed about his Leprosy only he show me the wound & he wanted to recovered from that wound, after sharing with his son he told me about the leprosy, this case is my first case of leprosy I had in doubt that is it curable by homoeopathy, is it possible to cure his chronic non healing wound, he lost his left thumb due to Hanson’s disease. He has tingling numbness on & off on both limbs+, he says if limbs become numb then I have got fear of falling while walking, sometime he feels that he has no limbs at all, he has constant involuntary motion of neck, with soft spoken, with continuous involuntary smile on his face, his past history was very struggle full, he is obese, appetite –Good, No specific desires & aversion, thirst was also normal, stools constipated he passes 2-3 days in once, with lot of straining sometime bleeding appeared. but there is shiny milk white coated of tongue, with deep fissured centrally, sleep was disturbed, dreams- he discuss his dreams that was very interesting he said I have one dream every time once in week, that I am alone & fall down in to the flood water that flood is very destructive I am flowing through that, nobody is helping me because I am middle of river so there are less chances of surviving, I am begging for help, I couldn’t understand what to do ? in mean time there is one hope I saw on e wooden block is floating on the water & coming to my side I immediately take the help of that wooden block, and I came to side of the river after this dream I have got lot of fear is there bad happening to me in future, while conversing with him he looked timid and he has some fear/ anticipation while approaching to me, after asking about approaching toward others he said I never approach to people directly I get some type of anxiety, how to approach to them--- Usme ek Zizak hai. One important thing about his mind he is very avarice regarding giving my fees he ask me my fees after telling the fees he started bargaining Kya Doctor sahib kuch to kam karo mai retired ho chukka hun, abhi mai kuch kam nahi karta bacche bhi paise nahi dete, hath failana padata hai, fees kam karo, then I observed every consultaion he bargain about fees, & paid the amount which he decided in his mind.

After repertorisation there are three remedies

• Silicea
• Lycopodium
• Cuprum

These three remedies are near but lycopodium and silicea are very closed to this case, so differentiated gave importance to dreams not the mental symptoms because when he told the dream there are some specific changes on his face I had seen like some fear, anxiety, So I decided to prescribed on dreams I prescribed Silicea 30 1 dose F/By Rubrum (SL) for 8 days with external application like calendula Q Morning Echnetia Q night for his non healing wound, That patient came to me after 15 days with happy face looking fresh & told Doctor I am feeling very fresh energetic look this wound is started healing with pains are started. I took snapps of that wound – every month. After taking of 1.5 year he totally free from chronic non healing wound with he improved his sensation of soles which he has not at all due to hanson’s disease, he said doctor never know the sensation to my feet heat / cold, but know that sensation are becoming normal & I feel good with response to heat & cold to my soles.. After treating this case I am sure that any disease on the earth will be cure by homoeopathy. In the F/Up I increased doses of Silicea -30, 200, 1 M , after prescribing Silicea 1 M Patient settled down without any treatment he is surviving since 2008.
